How and when your books leave our warehouse.
Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM on a working day are normally dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Bulk indents and school orders are scheduled against the required-by date agreed at confirmation.
We deliver across Tamil Nadu on our regular routes. Consignments outside the state are arranged through transport partners; freight is quoted before dispatch. Counter collection from Samba Stationers, Viswanathapuram, Madurai is available on any order — mention it in the notes at checkout.
Charges depend on weight, destination and the transport route. Because most of our orders are class-wise sets of differing weight, delivery is quoted at confirmation rather than estimated at checkout. Bulk school consignments on our own routes are frequently delivered free — the desk will tell you when that applies.
If one title in a large indent is on reprint, we ship the rest rather than hold the whole order. The pending line stays open on your indent and follows as soon as stock lands.
Please check carton count and condition against the challan at the time of delivery, and note any shortage or damage on the transporter's copy. Shortages reported with a noted challan are settled quickly; unnoted claims are harder for us to pursue with the transporter.
Quote your order number — it looks like IND20260831… — when you call
the desk, and we can tell you exactly where the consignment is.
